Cashew and Saffron Welcome Drink

Holidays are going to start soon!!! Being a mother of 2 boys I am thinking of ways to keep them entertained and feed them nutritious food. Here is a simple recipe which you can make for kids and even for sudden guests at home. There is a subtle flavour of cardomom and cashews. And when topped with saffron threads its like icing on the cake.

INGREDIENTS
Recipe Source: Chef Vikas Khanna

Cashews - 6 tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cardamom Seeds - 1 tsp (I used 2 pods)
Milk - 3 cups
Saffron threads - to garnish

METHOD

Powder the first 3  ingredients.
Add in the milk and blend until smooth.
Strain and serve garnished with saffron threads.
